What is the longest length of non-stop sleep you have ever accomplished?
I think I met my match after my post yesterday. I went back to bed just minutes after clicking the Publish button. I will say that was around 3:45pm. Other than the little Mrs. coming in at around 5ish to tell me dinner was ready, I don’t think I opened my eyes once until 3:30am today.
Now that does not sound to bad really; getting 12 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Except that is about 2 1/2 - 3 days for me all in one shot. I generally don’t get to bed before 11 and am normally waking up between 3:30 and 4:00am.
That said, I have had enough sleep for the next few days but I will sleep again tonight!
