Received more Drops than I can give back….

That is right. JobysBlog.com recieved (at the time of this post) 335 drops. I am both excited and befuddled. I hope I don’t lose any of my normal droppers because I was unable to drop on them.

I understand there being a limit on the number of drops you can make per day, but I think EntreCard could at least make it possible to retaliate on the drops you received. I see it like this; I can drop 300 if I receive 300 or less. If I receive more than 300 then I should be able to give those Blogs the the reciprocal drops. Once I reach the number of drops I have received, I can no longer drop.

As the graphic shows, the number of clicks on my ad today ended up being almost half of what I have total. I am sure that has a lot to do with the number of drops JobysBlog received today. Thank you to the sites I my ad ran on today.

It is bittersweet to be in this situation. I hope there is some way to keep everyone coming back.

Let me know your thoughts. Do you agree we should be able to drop “one for one” on each of our droppers if the total is above 300?

Good job, Joby! I hope your ad on my blog helped a little. :-) Either way, tell me how you do it so I can get more traffic.

Well, I’m okay with the 300 even if sometimes I get more than 300 drops in a day. I am even exhausted after 300 drops, what more if more than that? LOL

I’m quite happy with the 300 limit. I usually receive many more than this but I tend to pass over the ones that are the “money making” blogs where people are plugging some product. What I usually do, is take an hour or so at night to do my 300 drops then in the morning I go back into my inbox and look for blogs where I’m going to make a comment. The way I see it, simply dropping without commenting where I can doesn’t generate interest in my blog. I’m looking for readers and commenters, not just droppers!

I agree with Robin, I do my best to read and comment on the blogs that I do come across, although I haven’t been able to reach the 300 drops per day quota, that’s only because I take my time to read and comment on the blogs that I do come across. And I make it a point to counter drop.

I do my dropping between 4:30 am and 10:00 pm. I take my time dropping and find myself dropping on the same sites each day.

Some have taken my fancy and do get comments etc.

My point is that I really feel I should be allowed to drop on you if you have dropped on me. If that means I drop more than 300 to do it, then so be it.

Thank you all for your comments, I cannot wait to read more of them.

Hmm I have to agree that I feel 300 is probably enough for me now, I never thought that before but something (I dont know what) has made me change my mind

It’s great news that you have broken the 300 figure but I know where you are coming from, I broke that for a few days last week and it was hard at first to decide who to drop on.

I did find a solution for myself that seemed to work but then I had a few days away and it’s not a problem at the moment, it is amazing the number of droppers that stop dropping on you when you are unable to visit/drop on them
