Domain names – what do I do with them?

I have some domain names that I am unsure what to do with.

On one hand I could sell them but for how much?

On the other hand I could develope them but by doing what?

I brought this question up to fellow blogger Greg, he had some decent ideas, but I wanted to ask you guys. I figured with most of my visitors coming from EntreCard lately, it is only fitting that I ask you what to do with the domains as they are blog related.

The domain names are:

Need2Blog.com
Needs2Blog.com

and I am currently running WordPress MU on them. They are tied together giving you the option to sign up for either domain. The only real users I have gotten have been spammers. That is why I am thinking to make better use of them.

So what do you think?

Sell them, and if so for how much?
Keep them, and if so doing what with them?

Leave a comment with your thoughts. If you are interested in them we can discuss options as well.

My comment is unrelated to the post but I just want to tell you that I appreciate your comments on my site. That pic was actually taken in I-95 in Wethersfield , CT. I live in the New Haven county of CT and my husband’s family has a resort house in Cape Cod in Yarmouth.
    Anyway, cheers !

  2. I have a ton of domain names, myself. My plan is to develop a select few, and try to auction or sell off the rest.

Have you tried any of the online domain name auction services?

  3. Hi Joby,

could I ask what you were planning to do. I mean maybe some us could club in and come up with a couple of ideas and then market that domain.

Just a thought as I have only 1 domain that I’m using now and there is another one registered until 2011 that is just on hold.

Can you suggest a good one to try?

    George,

I have an idea or two. One of them would take a few people to make it happen. I am just not sure yet.
