So, have you ever found out that a member of your family had passed away from someone OTHER than your family?
Today, I did. Before I go off on my rant, I have to start by saying they were not REALLY family but they were part of one of my family members life for 15+ years.

I found out that my aunt’s significant other of over 15 years died. I do not know when, I do not know how. That in and of itself is bad, but what this rant is about is that I did not get one phone call, email, IM, Myspace message, Facebook message, text message, telegraph, or friggin courier pigeon telling me about the news.
